Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Led by Carey Crill, who is double board-certified in pediatrics and psychiatry, our team of providers treats as young as three years old. Whether it's problems with mood, conduct, learning, or ADHD we have seen it all.

Adult Psychiatry

From depression and anxiety to schizophrenia, Our providers’ experience and holistic approach will help you achieve remission. We believe good enough, simply isn't good enough.

Telepsychiatry

With the threat of Covid-19, healthcare has had to adapt. We have been utilizing telepsychiatry way before Covid-19. This method allows our patients to experience the same level of care they would experience in person. By utilizing telepsychiatry you are able to be seen from the comfort of your own home. This also provides better flexibility for busy schedules. All you need is a computer or smartphone with a camera, microphone, and internet connection! If this isn’t possible, we can also do it over the phone but we try to avoid this if at all possible.

Integrative Psychiatry

Our providers are trained in integrative psychiatry in order to provide patients with another approach to treatment. Integrative psychiatry utilizes functional medicine to treat mental health problems. If conventional approaches have been disappointing for you, it may be worth taking a new approach. If you would like to avoid using medications, limit the number of medications, or try coming off of medications; this may be an option to help you accomplish your goal.

Geriatric Psychiatry

We have worked in geriatric psychiatry for multiple years. We cover multiple assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to provide memory care and extend the quality of life for our elderly as long as possible.

Counseling

All of our providers incorporate brief supportive counseling approaches in their sessions. However, we believe nothing can replace detailed psychotherapy by a remarkable psychotherapist. Our therapists work closely with the PMHNPs in our office to coordinate care and help you gain skills which can change your life and help you overcome barriers. Many patients will start with counseling first and not need medication. We completely support this approach. Others find that the best approach is a combination of medication and counseling and this is typically our recommendation for most patients.

Ketamine Clinic

Zora Neurospa would like to introduce themselves as a sister organization of Integrity Mental health. We offer Ketamine Infusion therapy treatments that can help offer relief from depression. We are an approved Spravato (esketamine) clinic. This is a nasal spray with novel mechanism for treatment resistant depression. In addition to this, we will soon be adding IV ketamine to our clinics to provide patients another option for treatment when medications have not been effective for them. Spravato is covered by insurance with a prior authorization which our clinic can help with. IV ketamine, however, is not yet covered by insurance. We can work with you to get you on a payment plan for this service if it is the right fit for you. The newest psychotherapy research utilizes the combination of ketamine and other psychedelics with trauma therapy. We hope to be able to incorporate this with our IV ketamine clinic in the near future to help you move past your trauma for good.

Pharmacogenetic Testing

The latest research in psychiatric treatment includes genetic testing to provide recommendations to which medications may work best for you. This can potentially lead to faster response and fewer side effects and is covered by most insurances. We have partnered with Genomind to provide the most comprehensive mental health panel possible. If you have received testing from other companies before, we can utilize this information if your insurance will not cover more testing. But we may also recommend you receive Genomind’s panel to provide the most complete information possible.

Our providers are available to consult on complex psychiatric cases. Our providers also have experience as board members to consult on needs in mental health treatment.
