PMHNP & Owner
I am a certified Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. I got my nursing degree from Boise State, Masters of Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Case Western Reserve University and a Postmasters Degree as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from State University of New York at Stonybrook. I have worked in the mental health field in Boise for the last 20 years. I worked at several different agencies before opening Integrity Mental Health in 2018. Over the last 20 years I have seen all ages and diagnoses. I have spent the majority of that time seeing chronically mentally ill patients and children with mental health issues. At this time in my career I am wanting to focus more of my time and energy on seeing children and families. I have spent many years working with children who are on the autism spectrum and they have a special place in my heart.
I also love to work with children with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression or intellectual disabilities. I cherish everyone I see in my practice because I see them as someone special who adds something to my day and to our world. I have my trusted companion Finn by my side as he is also my office therapy dog. He is a 100 lb Goldendoodle who loves everyone.
Outside of work I adore spending time with my family-my husband Dan, Molly (beagle mix), Rocky (boxer), Chinchi (a chinchilla) and Finn. My stepdaughters are grown and out of the house so I miss seeing them everyday. I am an avid fan of BSU football. I enjoy corny movies and science fiction. My favorite hobbies are cooking, travel and scuba diving or snorkeling (but only in tropical waters).
I am a board-certified Psychiatric/ Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am experienced assessing and treating patients aged 16-65 for a variety of psychiatric conditions including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD and psychotic disorders. I have additional experience in treating late adolescents and young adults (age 16-25) in the first onset of psychosis and other mental illness.
I enjoy helping patients make progress toward wellness and recovery. My goal is to provide care that is client-centered and focused on individual strengths. I believe that it is important to work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that is founded in evidence-based practice and also addresses the needs and values of each client.
Medical Assistant/Care Manager
My name is Catei and I am a medical assistant here at Integrity Mental Health. I am extremely passionate about mental health, and I love helping all our patients on their journey to a healthier mind. While not at work I enjoy spending my time adventuring with my exuberant five-year-old son.
I can’t wait to meet you and navigate this journey alongside you – whatever your needs may be in the process.
I have been a Medical Assistant for 6 years. I'm originally from Wyoming, but I moved to Pocatello as a teenager. I married my husband over 30 years ago, and we eventually moved to the Treasure Valley in 1999 to raise our family together. I love spending time with my family (my husband, daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters), cooking, riding four wheelers, and spoiling my two dogs.
Boise Office Manager
Being born and raised in Idaho, I love getting to work for a small, but mighty Idaho grown company! Along with being true to my Idaho roots, I am proud to be a University of Idaho Alumni where I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts. Go Vandals! I feel very fortunate to serve the Boise area as the clinic Office Manager and getting to work with such a stellar group of professionals. Integrity is happy to serve you and our ever-growing community.
When not working for such a terrific practice, I can be seen doing my thing on stage in local community theatre productions or outdoors with my sweet mini-dachshund, Millie Sage.

Boise Front Office Receptionist
I am a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns. I am passionate about mental health and firmly believe that working with vulnerable populations is my purpose. Although my focus is medication management, I believe improving mental health involves a holistic approach that addresses multiple lifestyle factors. I take pride in being a good listener. I genuinely want to understand where my patients come from so that I can develop a treatment plan that is evidence-based, holistic, and targeted to meet individual needs.

Rexburg Office Manager
My name is Reagan Heald. I was born and raised in Arco, ID, where I was surrounded by my immediate and extended family. After having our daughter, my husband and I decided we wanted to make our own path out of the Lost River Valley, but still be close to family. We decided that the Rexburg area would be perfect for our new adventure. I am currently the Office Manager Integrity Mental Health’s Rexburg location. I am pursuing my psychology degree through Liberty University out of Lynchburg, VA with the goal of becoming a licensed psychologist. Having come from a family where addiction runs deep in the roots, I have always been drawn to understand the illness of addiction and all of its aspects more to help others in their recovery process. Once I have completed my degree, in the near future, I hope to see patients as a psychologist here at Integrity Mental Health!
I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Walden University. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I had 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with 13 of those years working in mental health. I have experience working with children ages 4-11 years; adolescents ages 12-17 years; and adults ages 18-65+ years. I am a Major in the United States Army Reserve, Army Nurses Corps with an area of concentration as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse. With my military experience comes a real passion for working with military members and veterans with PTSD, TBI, and other mental health issues.
During my career I have been able to explore the use and effectiveness of complementary and alternative modalities (CAM) to treatment such as acupuncture, biofeedback, and reiki – just to name a few. CAM has since become a passion and in 2013, I became trained and certified as a Master Usui Reiki practitioner. As a Nurse Practitioner I hope to expand my knowledge and practice with complementary and alternative modalities.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, bowling, traveling, camping, and hiking with my best pal, my dog Odin.
